I coach individuals and groups on a wide variety of topics such as how to lead a more organized life, stress and time management and also how to reach a variety of goals.   • 1 30-minute ‘On The Spot’ coaching session: Between sessions, if you need to ask questions, tell your story or just bounce some ideas around, you can e-mail me and we can set up a 30-minute Bonus Appointment to he held within 24 hrs. of your e-mail
